Salon Polices

Refunds and Store Credit

We do not offer any refunds of any kind. We do offer store credit for retail products that are defective. All hair tools are final sale and we offer no refund on them. 

Color or Haircut Adjustments

Here at Dollhouse we want you to love your hair, but if for any reason you do not love your hair please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment so It can be adjusted. This adjustment will generally be complimentary UNLESS there was a change of heart on the clients behalf. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, with that being said, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes. If you cancel within the 24 hour window then you will be invoiced a 75$ fee for your missed appointment. If you cancel within 4 hours of the start time of the appointment than the full amount must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled. All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled for you.

Children and Animal Policy

We love kids and animals, but the salon is a very dangerous place for both kids and animals so we ask that you DO NOT bring your children or animals to the salon. If no child care is available kindly give 24 hours notice for your cancellation.  

No Call No Show Policy

This is when someone is scheduled for an appointment and does not give any notice of canceling.This is extremely disrespectful and effects my ability to fill the spot with a client on the wait list causing financial stress on the business. For these reasons if someone is considered a No call No show the client will be invoiced the entire amount of the missed appointment and only rescheduled after the invoice is paid. 

Lateness for appointments 

In order to stay on schedule, I ask that you are on time for your appointment. In the event that you are running more than 10 minutes late we can possibly do part of your scheduled 

appointment, but you will be 

charged for the originally 

scheduled appointment.  

Confirming appointment 

As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent out the day before and day of the appointment. Please confirm your appointment or let us know that you need to cancel AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. If we do not hear back the DAY BEFORE, your appointment will be

Canceled and filled with another client.  


Payment is due at the time of the service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
